1. Do you ship outside the UK?
No. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

3. Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Shopify Payments (major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not accept PayPal.

5. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

6. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
